Suzanne Hayne, MFT
Real Therapy for Real People.
For January & February 2019
I am not able to accept new clients.
Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, and your time will be well spent looking for a good fit. You are worth it.
I practice a collaborative therapy guided by your needs. We will address your goals through meaningful conversations, examine your beliefs and where they came from, and look at what gets in the way of being the person you truly are and living the life you want to live.
The therapist-client relationship is unique in that it provides a space for you that is free from the other influences in your life; therapy gives you an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings with a nonjudgemental professional.
Something has likely moved you to consider therapy now. Perhaps it's a crisis, life transition, or grief that is needing attention? Maybe you want to return to therapy to work on self-awareness or deeply buried trauma?
Change can be extremely painful and immobilizing. With some patience, curiousity, willingness, and compassion for yourself, we can collaborate on a gentle path to meet your therapy goals.
Couples' therapy has the highest success rate as an early intervention -- if you are thinking about it, it is probably time to start now.
I am a warm, engaged, and compassionate therapist. I take my work seriously and believe a little humor can aid in the healing process.
